Supervising the sales activity of up to 50 Real Estate agents.  Supervising a staff of 5 persons that manage single family residential rentals for 200 plus landlords. Representing Sellers and Buyers of single family homes. Since late 2007 Bill has represented GMAC, Wells Fargo, Chase, Precision Asset Management, Assetlink, Green River Capital, Ocwen, Citi, REOworld and AMH in managing and selling their REO properties selling over 400.
 
2001-2005
Brokers Associate of National Realty Group – Riverside and Broker/Owner of 1st Rate Rentals. Supervising a staff of 3 that manage single family residential rentals for 125 plus landlords. Representing Seller and Buyers of single family homes.  Consistent top producer for the company closing 60-100 properties yearly.
 
1989 – 2001
Broker Associate of Tarbell Realtors – Moreno Valley and Riverside and Broker/Owner of 1st Rate Rentals.  Supervising a staff of 2 that manage single family residential rentals for 50 plus landlords.
Representing Sellers and Buyers of single Family homes. 1992 – 1996 represented EMC and PHH in managing and selling their REO properties.  Represented US Homes in selling their model homes at various sites during tract close outs. Consistent top producer for the company closing 60-100 properties yearly. Named “Top Ten” in sales production with the Inland Valley Board of Realtors for 10 straight years in a row (Award discontinued after 10th year by the Board).
